My Dear brother in Allaah!
Assalaamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakaatuh.
Are you one of those about whom Allah (subhanahu wa taala )have said:
O you who believe! Why do you say that which you do not do? Most hateful to Allaah it is that you say that which you do not do.”
Are you a real Muslim or a fictitious one?
The world has been afflicted by a chronic malady. The sole cure for it is the Qur’an.
O you! Who pity the condition of the world . May you sincerely advice it to return to the Qur’an?
O you! The bearer of the Qur’an. You are upon nothing until you practice the law of the Qur’an.
The lions among us have been dispersed, hence the number of the lambs has grown. The mark of identification is continually diminishing; indeed it seems to have completely got lost.
In my ribs are burning flames. The only solution (to quench it) is to confront them (people of the world) with a sound religious creed by tongue, action and reality, far from imagination; and anything short of that is a mirage, colocynth and humiliation.
“Our Palestinian Brothers and others have been rendered homeless. Shall we keep on watching without coming to their aid, protecting or even having mercy for them”? No Muslim should be stingy to spend out of his wealth or strive with his soul in the cause of Allah, since he realizes that, such will bring him closer to Allaah.”
“O you people of the Qur’an! You are worthless until you practice the Qur’an.
So implement it and shout the praise of your Lord and glorify Him, for the dawn is loomed, and the cock is crowing the smell of the truthful fragrance is felt. The reality is incomparable to the fantasy”.
Brother in Allaah! This is a book that contains some solutions and suggestions as regards the restoration of the glory of the Islamic nations. Shall we cooperate in achieving this goal”?
All Praises and thanks are due to Allah, the Lord of all that exists. Who had distinguished between the right and wrong directions. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Master and Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). And May Allah be pleased with His cleansed Companions entirely and all that followed, and still follows them in righteousness until the day of judgement. And after that:
What inspired me to writing this book at this particular time is that the Islamic Ummah (nation) is in dare need of Duaa’ts (devotees calling people to the way of Allah). To whom the hearts will gather, Duaa’ts around whom the souls will assemble, Duaa’ts who, based on their accurate understanding of the Book of Allah and the teachings of the Prophet, will make a move to enlighten the Muslims about their bitter condition and the volume of the conspiracy being plotted against them Allah (subhanahu wa taala) Says:
“say (O Muhammad): This is my way: I invite onto Allah( i.e. to the oneness of Allah-Islamic Monotheism) with sure knowledge. I and whosoever follows me (also must invite to the oneness of Allah, i.e. to the oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism with sure knowledge). And Glorified and Exalted be to Allah! And I am not of the Mushrikun (idolaters, polytheists, pagans).” 12:108
The said Duaa’ts will not engage in a call to Nationalism or regionalism or denominationalism or factionalism or a certain territory or banner. They will not call to a particular group or any system other than that of Islam, to which the Prophet and His companions previously made their call. They will neither call to a matter of special interest, or self desires.
This Ummah is in need of a sole authority consisting this type of Duaa’ts that will make a move, armed with the book of Allaah and the Sunnah (tradition of the prophet), as did by our virtuous predecessors, to invite mankind to Laa ilaaha illal Lah, and to call them to the truth for which purpose Allaah has created the heavens and the earth, the Jannah (paradise) and the hell.
And Allaah out of His mercy, intermittently, sent down His scriptures and raised Messengers who call people towards the right whenever the evils emerged,.
In these modern days all sorts of straying groups and sects have surfaced which has lead to a breakage that has torn the Ummah into pieces and rendered it incapacitated. Hence the Muslims are just like the scum of the flood
The callers to the falsehood are active in their exercise. Evangelism is active as well as Shiaism, indeed the latter are the first to set their feet on Islamic Republics that seceded from Soviet union.
The activeness of the secularism is second to none in terms of spreading their ideology through books, newspapers, magazines, and media. They articulate their cause with all sincerity, while we Muslims up till today do not have a single Islamic organization that we can say with all confidence that it is capable of adopting the cause of Muslims.
Is it justifiable that the callers to the falsehood be so active, while the callers to the truth fold their hands?
The book consists of three chapters namely:
Chapter one: The situation of the Islamic world and diagnosis of the disease.
Chapter two: Hopefulness about Eventual Victory and calling off despair.
Chapter three: Treatment.
While invoking Allaah to make it a successful effort, I wish to state that, during the course of writing this book, I did rely primarily on Allah then some valuable references. I also pray to Him to let it benefit His servants. He, indeed, is an excellent protector and excellent helper. He is sufficient for me. Most excellent is He in whom I trust
